Start / Finish Time   -    06:30am to 2:36pm 

Job Criteria

• Previous Experience Working as a Slaughter Person
• Slaughtering Tasks (including but not limited to) 1st Leg, 2nd Leg, Bunging, Rumping, Flanking, Drivers Side Hide Puller, Passenger Side Hide Puller, Evisceration/Gutting and Splitting Saw
• Physically Fit & Maintain Production Speed
• Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge
• Ability to Pass Drug & Alcohol Screening
