Job Criteria
- Previous Experience Working as a Slaughter Person
- Slaughtering Tasks (including but not limited to) 1st Leg, 2nd Leg, Bunging, Rumping, Flanking, Drivers Side Hide Puller, Passenger Side Hide Puller, Evisceration/Gutting and Splitting Saw
- Physically Fit & Maintain Production Speed
- Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge
- Ability to Pass Drug & Alcohol Screening
