Working closely with the General Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the intimate Bar Team, leading from the front. Within this role, you, the Bar Manager will assist with food service of The Pines Terrace. You are a natural communicator, who enjoys the interaction with customers and building rapport with the locals.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting the General Manager with beverage menu development
- Overseeing stock rotation and ordering
- Supervise an intimate professional team of 4
- Bring your all-rounder hospitality skills to lead form the front
- Support the in-house Sommelier on cellar management
