Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works.
We are currently seeking applications from experienced SMP Supervisors for upcoming outage works in the La Trobe Valley.
The role of Supervisor will see you working across an outage in the La Trobe Valley, Victoria. You will carry out a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a trade-based Supervisor
• Australian recognised Trades qualification - Mechanical Fitter
• Power Station, maintenance and shut down experience preferred
• Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet project requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site
• A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment
