Snr Systems Engineer (Process Control) x 2 - FIFO - Contract

This iconic WA company have an urgent need to find two highly experienced Systems Engineers to work within their Process Control team. You will be tasked with the day to day running of the control systems assets, building and developing the strong team culture, and identifying areas for improvement across the control systems assets, wider team and operational management of the Process Control function

Details below on both the Senior Systems Engineer & System Engineer skills needed:

Senior Systems Engineer

• 10 years of experience in similar roles
• Experience with programming and configuration of GE/Emerson Control Systems software and hardware (GE Machine Edition/PPS, RX3i, Cimplicity SCADA, Proficy Historian, Proficy Change Management) (Essential)
• Experience with software and hardware from other vendors (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Kepware, PAS, Atlassian, Genetec) (Essential)
• Experience with layer 2 networking, Moxa industrial network switches and MXview (Essential)
• Experience with Industrial communication protocol (Profinet, Profibus, EGD, Modbus) (Essential)
• Experience with VSD drives (ABB and Siemens) (Desirable)
• Experience with RDBMS (MSSQL) and reporting systems (SSRS) (Essential)
• Experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, SEEQ) (Desirable)
• Experience with programming and scripting languages (C#, VB.NET, SQL) (Essential)
• Experience with Microsoft Server Operating System (Essential)
• Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and Active Directory (Essential)
• Experience with layer 3 networking and firewall (Desirable)
• Understand good Cybersecurity practices (Desirable)

Systems Engineer

• Current Drivers Licence (C Class).
• Tertiary Qualifications in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Computer Science Engineering.
• Methodical and thorough fault-finding skills.
• Able to work in highly technical and challenging environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
