Joining our Marketing team, you will report to the Social Media Manager and be responsible for executing Social Media campaigns and community management across our AUNZ brand and business channels.
You will have proven knowledge in the Social Media space, be able to dig into data, write snappy copy fit for socials, and you will have a keen eye for scroll-stopping, on-trend Social Media content.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and maintaining accuracy of posting across dōTERRA AU & NZ social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok in future.
- Community Management: represent the brand in conversations across our social channels – moderating as needed, identifying risks and responding with approved messaging (where appropriate). Experience using Brandwatch will be a plus.
- Copywriting: writing engaging captions for social posts across our branded & business social channels.
- Curating UGC: Curate tagged content from AUNZ community and provide recommendations to repost with Social Media Manager.
- Lofi Content: capture video content of Wellness Advocates/content creators for socials, as required (ad hoc only).
- Campaign Execution: work closely with a talented creative team to brief in and produce on-trend social content, review proofing documents ahead of scheduling, coordinating UGC content production with our network of influencers/creators, and coordinate our Social Media competitions.
- Generating comprehensive Social Media reports with actionable insights to drive engagement & growth and monitor both other markets and competitor behaviour.
- Trendspotting: keep up to date with new and emerging Social Media trends and work with the Social Media Manager to implement test & learn activity.
- Events Coverage: Live cover doTERRA events throughout the year on our socials and bring the experience to our community at home – think rolling IG stories, wrap reels & vox pops.
What we're looking for!
Bringing your fun and vibrant energy, you will have a passion for socials and be confident in posting, scheduling and community management functions for Facebook, Instagram and tools like Brandwatch. TikTok experience is a plus. You’ll have 1-2 years‘ specialist Social Media marketing or digital media experience, strong attention to detail, be highly collaborative, confident in your understanding of best practice formats across each channel (statics, reels, carousels, interactive IG stories etc.) and be across the latest social trends, with an eye for scroll-stopping, visually appealing and engaging content. This role will be a good fit for someone whose Instagram feed or FYP is already full of DIYs, wellness routines and healthy recipes! If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
