SalaryThis job is for 20 hours per week initially, with the possibility of an increase in hours. It is an in-person role at our office in Burleigh Heads, QLD, with the flexibility to work from home to edit content.
The successful candidate should be located around the Gold Coast and work in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays, approximately 2 hours each day, to shoot content. Events and photoshoots will also require flexibility and availability, as they will be different every month.

Ashy Bines, a personal brand, baseline as her activewear label plus health and fitness app, is looking for a super confident content creating SOCIAL MEDIA expert who is committed to helping us elevate our brand, take our social presence to the next level, and grow our profiles. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in curating and executing engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook across multiple pages.
We would love for this new team member to live and breathe a healthy, active, positive lifestyle and really bring a fun, high-vibe energy to the office and SOCIAL MEDIA platforms.
The successful candidate must have experience in editing content, be extremely creative, be on top of all new trends, and have a strategy in place to really succeed in this role and help us achieve our goals.
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to really own this space for our brands, and we are a small team who work hard daily to create a fun, energetic environment that showcases how we help women with their confidence, health, and fitness while making our audience laugh along the way. We love to be silly and make work and socials fun!
This is a diverse role that will mainly consist of creating new, fresh, and exciting content for all social platforms, mainly for Ashy Bines' personal page and Baseline platforms, researching pop culture trends, and thinking of outside-the-box ways to engage with our followers/customers each day and grow our audience!
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to!):
- Creating and scheduling all social content for every day on all platforms.
- Having the ability to efficiently use multiple content creating apps, tools, and filters.
- Using your understanding of all social apps to create engaging content (IG stories, reels, TikToks).
- Being able to direct the team for videos to make it time-efficient for their workload.
- Understanding our brands' messaging and implementing that across all content on all platforms.
- Living and breathing content and excited and confident to also be on camera.
Your Experience
Experience in any form of content creation is a must. We are looking for someone extremely passionate and excited to really bring our brand to life through fun engaging content that knows what to do from the get-go! A great understanding of all social apps, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, is also required. Leadership experience is desirable, and our ideal candidate will shine in overseeing and guiding our team to create videos and content that's needed. A great understanding of editing apps and tools for both photo and video is also necessary.
