Join our Social Media team to help develop brand assets for the University’s Social Media platforms.
- $55.27/hour (HEW Level 5) plus employer’s superannuation.
- Casual role. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde.

The Social Media team within Group Marketing is seeking a Social Media Content Producer on a casual basis. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will:
- Support the Social Media team and wider Group Marketing to develop brand assets for the University’s Social Media platforms that align with content briefs for Faculties and Offices across the University.
- Create, review and edit brand assets as well as optimise existing brand assets for continuous improvement.
- Work with the Student Content Creators to execute and deliver Social Media Content and assets, including briefing the Creators as required.
- Liaise with stakeholders for brand asset briefs, providing advice and support as appropriate and escalating as required.
- Work closely with the Social Media team and stakeholders to contribute to the scoping and design of brand asset briefs.
- Coordinate casual Social Media support resourcing, including assisting with rostering and timesheets as required.
- Schedule the publishing of brand assets in line with agreed briefs and timelines.
- Provide general administrative support to the Manager and the team as required.
- Provide support with any other Social Media work as appropriate and aligned to the HEW classification.

- Proven experience in digital content creation for a large and complex organisation.
- Understanding Social Media, its impact, and the ability to formulate effective strategies to maximise its potential.
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications (written and verbal) and organisational skills with demonstrated ability to meet demanding deadlines.
