We are seeking a creative, driven and motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our fast paced team on a part time/casual basis (10-15 hours per week).
This role is perfect for an individual passionate about Social Media trends, content creation AND who has demonstrated ‘real life’ industry experience or is in their final year of study (marketing/communications degree).

Responsibilities:
This role will be working in conjunction with our current external marketing and Social Media consultant to proactively develop and execute Social Media and content strategies to grow our audience engagement and subscriber base.
Social Media Management and Strategy:
- Monitor and moderate our Social Media channels.
- Coordinate the Social Media content calendar, scheduling and posting content strategically to optimise reach and engagement while ensuring consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and suggest innovative ideas for Social Media growth.
Content Creation and Curation:
- Create engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, images, videos) for Social Media platforms that aligns with our brand identity and aesthetics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to contribute innovative ideas.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyse Social Media performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
- Deliver regular reports on Social Media performance to inform strategy.
Ideal Candidate
2+ years experience or final year of Marketing/Communications degree.
Proven ability to create engaging content for Social Media.
Ability to understand and derive insights from analytics.
Proficient in video editing tools and software with a creative flair.
Organised and proactive.
An eye for composition, creativity and trends.
