ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Social Media/ Creative Executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness. You will play a crucial role in engaging audiences and creating a tone that resonates with them through the creation of meaningful content. In this diverse role you will also exhibit your skills in graphic design to assist in product packaging design and mock-ups.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule social media content across all platforms for our portfolio of brands
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website and create new leads.
- Create informative and engaging content including videos, pictures and posts for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok
- Collaborate closely with sales, the buying team and the managing director to ensure product accuracy.
- Update product content with accurate information and high-quality photos.
- Monitor online customer feedback and provide reports to the team.
- Evaluate the success of posts and drive growth with an emphasis on engagement, impressions, and followers.
- Continuously conduct photoshoots to enhance online presence for each brand.
- Optimise content to drive engagement.
- Maintain and improve brand representation on our external website via photos, how to videos and clear and concise copy writing.
- Assist in creating package design mock up’s using graphic design software.

- Strong understanding of social media channels and content types.
- Ability to manage and maintain websites.
- Ability to create and edit videos.
- Exceptional photography skills with the ability to work to guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and copywriting skills.
- Proficient in English.
- An understanding of target consumer trends and audience behaviour in social media.
- Ability to analyse consumer feedback and adapt accordingly.
- Capable of transforming a product or idea into compelling social media content.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and respond to short lead times.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Graphic design is highly regarded.
- Experience in a similar role is also highly regarded.
