As our Social Media Manager, you'll play a central role in our brand's online presence, spearheading influencer marketing initiatives and driving engagement across various Social Media platforms. Working closely with the marketing team and reporting to the Associate Director of Brand, Global your role encompasses the strategic development and execution of impactful influencer partnerships and Social Media campaigns.
You'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of gifted and paid collaborations, as well as nurturing relationships with affiliates and ambassadors, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Influencer Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement impactful influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversions.
- Influencer Management: Identify and onboard relevant influencers, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing influencers.
- Partnership Negotiation: Negotiate and execute both gifted and paid partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budget parameters.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse influencer campaign performances, providing regular reports with actionable feedback to drive consistent growth in the influencer marketing space.
- Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, remaining at the forefront of influencer marketing best practices.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and maintain our company's Social Media presence on various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Threads, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligning with our brand voice and resonating with the target audience.
- Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop Social Media campaigns and initiatives that boost brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Content Calendar Planning: Plan and schedule monthly content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all Social Media platforms.
- Community Engagement: Monitor Social Media channels, respond to comments and inquiries promptly, and engage with our audience to foster a sense of community.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyse the performance of Social Media campaigns and efforts, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Event Coordination: Manage and coordinate influencer events and trips, ensuring seamless execution and positive experiences.
About You
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the Social Media landscape. Retail-specific experience highly favoured. Detailed understanding of all Social Media platforms and Social Media management tools and analytics platforms (Later and GRIN).
- Organisational excellence. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills. Able to make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker. Able to support new ideas for campaigns, PR, events etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Basic graphic design skills. Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
- Experience with video capture and editing highly favoured. Must be comfortable and confident on camera.
