• Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm)
• Logan Central Location – Work Close to home!
• Casual ongoing, full time hourly basis

A Day in The Life

• Address social issues for disadvantaged groups within a social justice framework, covering diverse areas like land use, safety, housing, and more.
• Prepare initiatives to meet social needs and advise stakeholders for positive outcomes.
• Contribute to Council's planning schemes and develop the Community Facilities Strategy.
• Develop and apply community plans to guide master, structure, and local plans.
• Advise on social impact assessments for various applications and enhance community capacity in these processes.
• Identify socio-economic trends, advise stakeholders, prepare demographic information, and support the demographic data facility.
• Collaborate with agencies, Councillors, businesses, and stakeholders in policy and planning, and support community engagement strategies.

The Ideal Candidate

• Current "C" class driver's licence
• Previous experience in the related field
