We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our amazing team, primarily in the Healthy Ageing space (65 years or greater).
Southside Physio Group provides services to participants across the lifespan both in the clinic and in our mobile arm. We see a varied case load from NIDS, home care packages, workers-compensation and private patients. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and develop our social work service.

ABOUT YOU
You are a passionate Social Worker with exceptional clinical knowledge and assessment skills, and ability to work with a range of stakeholders. You have a genuine passion for delivering clinical care in the community setting and have demonstrated clinical leadership in this field. You have proven ability to deliver successful, timely outcomes across service delivery, and you are an effective communicator who builds rapport rapidly. You can work autonomously, you are also a strong team player and can work efficiently in a team environment. You are passionate about achieving outstanding outcomes for our patients/participants/clients.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor of Social Work, Masters of Social Work Qualifying or recognised equivalent qualification
- Multiple years of experience in working in Australia
- Accredited or eligible for ordinary membership of AASW, or written evidence of eligibility
- Current Drivers licence without restrictions
