About the role

This is a unique opportunity for a Social Worker to join a dynamic, sub-acute setting and Allied Health team. The role is well supported by an experienced and skilled social work team. There is opportunity for learning and career development in the area of rehabilitation (including Neuro) and aged medicine.

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Eligibility for membership of the AASW
• Demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced health environment
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge of the relevant legislation and frameworks
