- Provide a high-quality service that includes Mental Health assessments, development of appropriate interventions; and provide recommendations for on-going care, family work, counselling, advocacy in collaboration with other stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Ensure continuity of care for clients through participation in stakeholder meetings, networking with other community service providers.
- Ensure clients receive culturally appropriate services, the use of interpreters and commitment to cultural education and communication.
- Ensure records are maintained through accurate data collection, appropriate recording and file keeping.
- Ensure the highest quality services is provided through continuing professional development, participation in clinical and cultural supervision
- Relevant qualifications in Mental Health Social Work that meets membership eligibility requirements of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Substantial post registration experience in providing a high level clinical social work services to clients, families/carers and the ability to provide an effective service as a member of our team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong capability to work independently and as a valued team member
- Current Ochre Card and Criminal History Check
