- Proven experience in Salesforce administration, including user management, security
configurations, permissions, workflows, and approval processes.
- Working knowledge of Force.com platform, APEX, Visual Force Page development, SOQL
Triggers, and SOSL.
- Highly competent with developing end-to-end releases and deployments using Change
sets.
- Experience utilizing Visual Studio for Salesforce development.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with the capacity to efficiently manage multiple tasks
by prioritizing responsibilities.
- A self-reliant professional capable of working with minimal guidance or oversight.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification
is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and execute configurations
and developments that align with business priorities and initiatives. Exercising technical responsibility for all stages in the software development process.
- Preparing project and quality plans and advising systems development teams.
- Undertaking configuration, maintaining, and improving the performance of existing
software and technology.
- Participating in definition of architectural standards for software design and ensure
projects are developed in accordance with specified architecture.
- Perform basic administrative functions, including user account management,
development and maintenance, security configurations, permissions, workflows, and approval processes.
- Work with ICT teams and other business units within the department to manage data
integrations with 3rd party tools.
- Regularly perform internal system audits and prepare for upgrades to ensure the
Salesforce environment remains efficient, secure and up-to-date.
Special Conditions
National Police Check required.Role Status: Term up to 17/03/2026.Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent combination of professional experience in computer science and experience in web and software development is desirable.
