Job description – Software Developer
In this Software Developer role, you will utilise your skills with Microsoft Power Platforms and join the startup for an immediate and ongoing project.
Your role will be integral in designing, developing and maintaining Microsoft-based solutions and supporting the technical lead. It’s a unique opportunity as a Software Developer to join a young startup and work on a cutting-edge project.
Job responsibilities – Software Developer
In this Software Developer role, your daily tasks will include, but not limited to:
- Designing, developing and implementing Microsoft-based solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Creating customer connectors, plugins and scripts
- Integrating Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems
- Writing clean and maintainable code
- Testing and debugging applications and monitoring the performance of developed applications
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices
Job requirements – Software Developer
- Educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant technical subject (e.g Computer Science, Information Technology etc.)
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Any experience as a Microsoft Platforms Developer or similar role (this could be a university project or volunteering)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Bonus experience (but not essential): Microsoft certifications, experience with Cloud-based development and familiarity with DevOps practices.
