Main responsibilities include:
Your role will be focused on the design, development and modification of Tricentis software for implementation into customers’ systems to make our customers successful. You will be responsible for all aspects of implementing successful solutions for our new and existing clients including:
- Modifications of the Tricentis platform to fulfil customer needs as well as debugging, testing, installation and training in the form of presentations, workshops and demonstrations.
- The definition of strategy, roadmaps and implementation plans to guide customers through their digital transformation using Tricentis Tosca
- The execution of value assessments and mapping our solutions to fulfil customer needs and positive business outcomes as well as making success measurable
- The execution of technical maturity assessments using our Continuous Testing Maturity Model to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities in the customer’s solution as well as to enable and guide them by providing design and implementation services.
- Presales sales support to provide technical knowledge and knowhow for new customers by conducting proof of concepts and mapping our capabilities to the customer’s needs. Also, to eliminate any limitations our software might have in the customer’s environment.

Professional experience:
- 5+ years Software Engineering and development experience
- 3+ years’ experience with Tricentis Tosca
- 2+ years’ experience in qTest
- 3+ years’ consulting experience – working with customers
- 3+ years’ working in Agile environments using Agile enterprise frameworks like SAFE, LeSS or the Spotify model
Desirable:
- 3+ years’ proven and successful experience in functional test automation
- 3+ years’ applied knowledge in test case design
- 3+ years’ programming experience/expertise (.Net technologies, Java, SQL, VB,)
- Certified in applying Enterprise Agile (i.e. SAFE Agilist, LeSS Practitioner)
- System administration experience/expertise (in particular with Windows operating systems)
- Database administration experience/expertise (e.g. MS SQL and/or Oracle)
- Experience in traditional test automation tools (HP QTP and/or IBM FT and/or Test Complete and/or Selenium, etc.)
- Experience in the planning, development and maintenance of automation frameworks
- Experience in software testing across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Broad exposure to current commercial technologies
