About Position:
As a Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that power our AI-driven applications and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to software design and architecture.
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software applications and components using best practices specially designed for transportation and logistics.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of software systems that integrate logistics models and AI algorithms.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system performance.
• Work on full-stack development, including front-end and back-end components, databases, and APIs.
• Collaborate in code reviews, maintain version control, and ensure code quality and security.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development processes.
• Contribute to the development of scalable, production-ready software solutions.
Qualifications:
The suitable nominee will have the following qualifications to be considered viable for the job responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience and other skills requirement:
- Proven experience in software development, preferably in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Knowledge of software testing, debugging, and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Salary: $90,000 per annum plus superannuation
