About the Position
To support the continued success of Pivotal Dynamics and its subsidiaries, we are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to improve the efficiency of our internal functions through innovative IT solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineer or related field
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Key responsibilities:
Software development and maintenance: Lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions that streamline operations, enhance client service delivery, and optimise internal processes across all subsidiaries. This includes custom CRM systems, booking platforms, and related tools.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with management and teams across different subsidiaries to identify IT needs, gather requirements, and implement technology-driven solutions that align with business goals. Facilitate the integration of systems and operations to leverage cross-industry synergies within Pivotal Dynamics.
Innovation and continuous improvement: Actively research and propose innovative IT solutions and tools that can create competitive advantages, improve customer experiences, and enhance productivity. Implement best practices in Software Engineering to ensure our IT infrastructure remains robust and scalable.
Data management and security: Oversee the security and integrity of company data across all platforms. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, ensuring the protection of sensitive information in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
This is a permanent, full-time position with an annual salary to be negotiated between $80,000 - $100,000 + superannuation, based on the successful candidates qualifications, skills, and experience.
