In this role you will

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications to support the company's evolving ICT systems.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of software, platform, data, and integration, contributing to the full product lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement using DevOps, ITIL, and Agile practices to enhance products and processes.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Service Owners, and Product Owners to optimize product development and support.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business goals.
• Provide responsive production support, ensuring uninterrupted customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Analyse service delivery issues and work with teams to address root causes promptly.
• Assist in migrating legacy platforms to new, cloud-enabled products.

About You

• Proficiency in Java development, with at least 3+ years of designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications.
• Experience in Java Spring Boot framework for microservices development, integrating Spring Java applications with Database Systems and Web UI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct ongoing analysis of software, platform, data, and integration.
• Experience with DevOps, ITIL, and Agile methodologies, driving continuous improvement in product development and processes.
• Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with Solution Architects, Service Owners, and Product Owners to optimize product development and support.
• Proven track record of providing responsive production support and resolving service delivery issues promptly.
• Familiarity with cloud-enabled technologies and experience in transitioning legacy platforms to modern solutions.
