This position will see you lead their digital transformation journey as the Software Engineering Manager. Drive innovation, efficiency, and collaboration across Software Engineering, application security, and quality engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Duties:
- Lead Software Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions, meeting business objectives and customer needs.
- Provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and leadership to engineering teams.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Mentor team members, manage resources, and ensure successful project delivery within budget and timeframe
- Champion best practices and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, and ensure governance standards are maintained.
- Ensure effective talent management, stakeholder engagement, and successful partnerships with vendors and third parties.
Role requirements:
- 5+ years of experience leading software and quality engineering teams across cloud platforms
- Tertiary qualification in IT/ICT preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in iterative delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to deliver technology solutions aligned with organizational strategy
