A role within the Payments team with responsibility across a range of areas to support the business and both internal and external stakeholders.
This role is responsible for managing the company’s software partners and their implementations, along with presenting integration options, exploring solutions and being the key subject matter expert.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage software implementations and integration partners.
Present integration options, benefits and solutions.
Subject matter expert for integrations and major software enhancements.
Represent partner interests and coordinate solutions.
Provide product support to internal teams for new enhancements and functionality options.
Create technical stories as required including input into UX and required functionality
Assist with partner briefings, design, roll out and support of integration solutions, working with various external partners and internal IT teams.
Oversee system configurations – settings, web snippets, options and comms templates.
Draft and update technical integration documentation
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal: works with the IT, sales, marketing, operations, customer support and other teams to contribute to the successful onboarding and operation of clients and partners.
External: engages and meets with clients and partners, particularly software integration partners.
EXPERIENCE
Strong experience and understanding of technology, APIs and other integration technologies.
Implementation / integration experience
Ability to document, brief and demonstrate system usage and operational processes to stakeholders.
Ability to understand the scope of, and undertake, user acceptance testing
Ability to effectively communicate integration options and benefits to generate interest.
Create and communication solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
Operational and partner relationship skills.
Exceptional solution and problem-solving abilities and experience.
Desire to work in an agile team with an eagerness to learn and pitch in across multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
Salary up to 115k + super + bonus
