About the opportunity...
Reporting to the Regional Implementation Manager the Implementation Consultant is responsible for the effective delivery of ELMO's comprehensive Talent Management system to our clients, specialising in the HR product suite. The Implementation Consultant will ensure the successful onboarding and deployment of our HR Software Solutions, as well as managing and documenting and troubleshooting the configuration of ELMO systems, where required.
The Implementation Consultant - HR will possess strong technical and communication skills whilst engaging with clients and technical teams to ensure that the implementation is completed on time, within budget and to the clients satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong background within a similar role (e.g. consulting experience within a talent management environment)
- Strong understanding of technical concepts
- Strong understanding of HR and Talent Management processes
- Exceptional multitasker who is comfortable working across multiple projects at once
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Undergraduate qualification is preferred
