PeopleTray is Australia's leading Workforce Management, OHS and FIFO Management software. We are Perth based, we are ambitious and we are agile.
PeopleTray is looking for experienced people to work in our Software Implementation, training and support teams. You will have significant experience in mining as travel and/or site administrator with experience in using the software required in those positions.
Ideally, the person will have experience working with a range of mines including responsibility for rosters, flight, and room bookings. FIFO roster experience is essential, including the configuration of shifts, rosters, camps, and flight plans.
You will know all about OHS, Training and competency management and compliance generally. You will have some experience in training people to use software.
You will have some exposure to ESG.
Hands-on experience in managing the challenges and pressures of a busy administration team, with frequent roster changes including employee and contractor travel is essential.
Experience in using PeopleTray is desirable but not essential.
The role is Perth based and includes flexible working conditions including the opportunity to work from home. Occasional site travel will be required.
