A Bit About the Role
The Implementation Consultant ensures the successful implementation of the INX suite, offering consulting and training services to clients. The successful applicant must understand client needs and be able to translate them into functional solutions. We seek a full-time, Perth-based individual with a scientific background to enhance our InHealth and Preserve products with their scientific expertise.
In addition, the Implementation Consultant will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a detailed understanding of the functionality and configuration capabilities of the INX products in the Consultant’s area of practice.
- Following the defined implementation processes and guidelines to successfully implement INX products.
- Delivering effective face to face, remote and onsite training, and workshops on INX’s products.
- Delivering implementation and additional services projects, within agreed timeframes and scope, ensuring milestone control points are met.
- Building strong relationships with our clients, team, and internal stakeholders.
- Providing expert assistance to other areas of the business where required, such as assisting in sales demonstrations and tenders, and guidance to the support teams on the resolution of support tickets.
We’d Like You to Have
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be proactive, always ready to suggest improvements, meticulous in maintaining documentation, and possess excellent communication skills to connect with various stakeholders. In addition, you will need to have:
- A Graduate Certificate of Occupational Hygiene or a Cert IV in Environmentally Sustainable Management, or other relevant qualifications.
- A scientific background with a basic understanding of chemical elements and compounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and manipulating large sets of data.
- Experience delivering training to diverse groups in face to face and teleconference formats.
- Prior experience in software implementation is highly valued.
- Desirable proficiency in modifying and executing basic t-SQL statements.
- Strong familiarity with the INX InHealth and Preserve products is highly sought after.
- Previous experience in an Environmental Advisor and/or Occupational Hygiene role with knowledge of environmental testing, measuring and investigations would be advantageous.
