Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to departments inclusive of; reporting, data entry, scheduling, filing and archiving documents as required
- Support the onboarding of new workers
- Provide payroll administrative support as required
- Provie support to the maintenance department through plant management, defect reporting, and all other plant administration requirements
- Purchase order, inventory and supplies administration
- General ad-hoc duties as required
- Prior experience in mine site-based administrative position
- Previous experience in management of plant administration an advantage
- Experience in Outlook, Word and Excel processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships with co-workers and respectfully interact with a wide variety of people in a diverse workforce
- Current Standard 11 and QLD Drivers Licence
