OUR PRODUCTESdat is an all-in-one environmental data management software. It’s a powerful asset for organisations whose success relies on the quality, integrity, and easy accessibility of their data. ESdat has a large and growing worldwide uptake and is available as SaaS and Enterprise deployments.
YOUR ROLEWe require a Software Tester to assist with:
- Testing upgrades to existing commercial cloud/SaaS software
- Testing custom work to clients, based on the above software
- Troubleshooting potential issues or bugs in the software
- Usability Testing of the User Interface
This position is full-time.
Location is work from home or hotdesking with other staff located nearby. If you are in Sydney, we’d like you to come into the office 1-2 days per week.
To be considered for this role, you will have:- Degree in IT, Science, Engineering or related discipline
- Strong computer and IT skills
- An understanding of the Test and Delivery Process
- Experience testing web-based products
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Source Control/collaborative software systems and Agile/Scrum processes
- User Experience / UI design considerations
- Test development and documentation
- Familiarity with Chemistry, Geology or similar data and workflows
- Initiative and a can-do attitude!
