About the Role:
Our client is looking for someone to join their team and enhance the flow of traffic to their website, ensuring Digital Marketing efforts translate into tangible results. The ideal candidate will be deeply entrenched in the e-commerce and digital landscape, using their expertise to not only boost online sales and profitability but also to elevate the customer experience on our digital platform.

Key responsabilities:

• Review and improve the current sales and marketing demand planning process.
• Identify areas of improvement through analysis and forecasting to anticipate market movements and drive decisions.
• Collobrate with Sales, Marketing, CRM team to achieve accurate customer insights 
• Drive weekly, monthly Marketing Data Analysis meetings.

About You:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within retail or the FMCG sector
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong Analytical Skills  Icuvia and Mattel, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Analytics Hub.
• You are a strong communicator, networking, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
