We specialise in, supply and installation of premium solar PV energy system packages across the Perth metro area and regional areas of Western Australia, from Margaret River up to Kalbarri. Started in 2013 and now #1 Solar Retailer in WA, with 3 different branches located in Perth, Southwest and Geraldton. Perth Solar Force are installing 250+ jobs a month, over 3,000 a year.
About The Role
Based in Wangara, we are on the lookout for an individual with exceptional customer service skills and a self-driven attitude to become a valuable addition to our team of 80 staff. In this position, effective telephone communication and computer skills is paramount. We seek individuals with a positive never give up attitude, outstanding phone manner and a natural talent for quickly establishing rapport with customers. The role demands assertiveness and the ability to sustain high daily energy levels to complement our already motivated team.
The purpose of this role is to manage all new inbound leads via telephone and turn those leads into appointments, for Geraldton Solar Force, Southwest Solar Force and Perth Solar Force. Managing all incoming leads from the date you receive them, until the appointment has been booked, lead closed or lead expiry. This includes managing the phones and emails. You will be responsible for managing the appointments for our solar consultants and assisting them to achieve their KPIs.
Task & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all inbound inquiries for our Geraldton and Southwest departments, including managing warm inquiries from our Perth department.
- Contact inbound solar inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels to book Solar Appointments.
- Address client inquiries, provide excellent customer service and generate interest for solar.
- Responsible for supporting the schedules for a team of up to 4 sales consultants.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, this includes rebooking appointments, following up and sorting inquiries.
- Manage 3 different emails and phone lines, for Geraldton, Southwest and Perth.
- Maintain regular communication with the manager, reporting daily.
- Work towards a KPI/Goals set by your manager (this is a KPI focused based role).
- Work in an open office environment within the sales department.
- Cover similar positions within the company when required.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must have good advanced computer skills.
- Previous experience in appointment scheduling and/or sales experience is essential.
