Job description
We are currently seeking self-motivated and disciplined appointment setters/ Door Knockers/ LEAD GENerators for our solar business.
For successful applicants, we will pay an Hourly Rate Plus an uncapped bonus based of Appointments/ Leads Generated. We anticipate our Appointment Setters earning upwards of $1,000-1,500.00 per week.
The Job is to go and knock on doors/ cold call, in new residential industrial estates, introduce our company, Steadfast Solar, and to make an appointment with the potential customer, for one of our sales guys, to go back out, and to discuss a solar solution with them.
You don't need to sell anything! and we don't work with “pushy sales techniques! We are a client focused provider, and our salespeople go out and work with the customer, on finding/ providing a solution to offset their electricity bills.
In addition to the agreed hourly rate paid, we will pay generous commission for successful Appointments generated. We do not want "pushy people," forcing appointments with customers, as we pride ourselves on our customer service, so, your friendly and trustworthy interaction as the first point of contact, is very important to us.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable knocking on doors, and who are great with people. As said, we don't want “pushy salespeople,” but genuine people, who our customers can connect with when they meet them, and who can instill comfort and confidence with the customer, and in doing so, successfully booking Solar Appointments for us.
We are happy if you choose to do this part time or full time. We will pay an hourly rate and additional commission for successful appointments made.
We find that you will be most successful if working in the afternoons, after school pick up/ when people get home from work, but there are also a lot of new families/ parents at home also during the day, so there is a lot of freedom of working hours.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the outdoors, and who doesn't mind talking to new people/ door knocking, and can either do this full time, or as a second job/ part time job, in between uni commitments, or for a few extra hours per week, for extra money; we don't mind!
