Static Solar & Electrical ⚡️ is a rapidly expanding electrical company based in Terranora, NSW. We specialise in residential and commercial solar and battery installations, with ambitions to extend our brand throughout the local area. We seek an experienced sales professional to join our team. This role will be instrumental in business expansion, optimising sales procedures, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction from start to finish.
About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our young, energetic team who is ready to make an impact from day one. Our ideal candidate will be either:
- A qualified electrician with expertise in the solar sector, dedicated to assisting clients in achieving exceptional outcomes. Sales experience not necessary, but you must have a strong desire to enter a sales role and give a 110% effort in learning.
- A seasoned sales professional with a proven track record that has experience in the solar industry with a strong knowledge on system designs and customer outcomes.
- Ideally a combination of both 1 and 2.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

🔸 System Designs & Creating Proposals
🔹 Client Follow Ups
🔸 Lead Nurturing
🔹 Basic Lead Generation Where Applicable
🔸 CRM Pipeline Data Entry

To be successful in this role you must possess:
✅ A demonstrated ability in designing Solar & Battery systems.
✅ A strong understanding of solar installation guidelines.
✅ Self-motivation, and a hungry result driven mindset favourable to effectively closing sales.
✅ Experience in objection handling.
✅ Proficient using solar design software and CRM platforms.
✅ Capable and articulate in client interactions, displaying confidence and clarity.
✅ Be able to work efficiently unsupervised and meet KPIs.

✅ Ability to think outside the box.
✅ Proven sales experience preferred.
