About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with solar installation teams across Australia.
- Post installation technical support Level 1-2
- Quality management (pre & post installation process, documentation and compliance)
- Upholding our incredibly high customer experience benchmarks

Skills and experience
- Minimum of 24-36 months experience in the solar industry (or similar) is preferred.
- Electrical trades (or similar) project management or technical support experience
- Inherent drive for personal growth as we scale
- Strong people and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
