- Develop and accelerate the Total Pantry Growth strategy, defining where to play and how to execute in alignment with the customer.
- Lead both internally and externally the creation and implementation of three year strategic joint business plans, ensuring profitable long term growth and market share acceleration.
- Support the National Account Managers to deliver against key metrics on Sauces/Meal Bases, Shelf Seafood and Shelf Vegetables.
- Primary customer contact with Business Category Manager Level and indirect support of relationships with Category Managers.
- Provide recommendations and changes to improve sales profitability, meeting customers' requirements, within the specific timeframe and budget.
- Develop an influential relationship with Customers whilst championing the voice of customer across the business.
- Continuously review and optimise trade spend investment - Utilising OTSI. Implement optimised promotional plan which delivers the best ROI possible.
- Drive growth through effective analysis of insights.
- Develop, lead and mentor a dynamic team of National Account Manager's.
- You will have demonstrated experience in a similar senior leadership role within FMCG sales.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams with previous exposure driving a strategic business plan.
