This diverse role includes the scheduling and maintenance of key solar projects and acts as the key lynchpin between the office, sales team, and on-site techs. PRIMARY PURPOSE
- Efficient management of day-to-day operations
- Be the glue between our on-site and office team
- Create and Maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety
GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS
- Coordinate, including the planning and facilitation of work
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reporting
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
- Monitor scheduling of jobs
- Resolve escalations and manage customer expectations
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Fantastic communication skills
- High level of computer literacy especially with computerized job management systems e.g. MS Office, particularly Excel
- Relevant experience in operations and/or administration
- Proven ability to problem-solve
- Experience in Solar after-sales process including the Solar Victoria portal
