SolarWinds Consultant

In this position you will be responsible for providing insights to clients. To do so, you will first meet with our clients to uncover their business needs and challenges. Then, you will use your strong analytical skills to perform quantitative and observational data analyses. From these analyses, you will form and present your recommendations to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Candidate should have a strong understanding of the solar winds skills. Network monitoring is what solar winds are used for in IP address management.
• • Subject Matter Expert in the SolarWinds NPM, SAM and NCM tool and experience in growing and maintaining the SolarWinds application infrastructure.
• • Deep understanding and experience managing critical outages of the SolarWinds Monitoring System & working with network/systems/applications teams and SolarWinds support to troubleshoot and understand system faults and application performance issues.
• • Experience providing mentoring and coaching to the Level 1 and Level 2 engineers and understanding of best usage of SolarWinds tool features and architecture.
• • Experience providing Service improvements/enhancements by way of Service Improvement Plans, not limited to automation of routine activities, optimisation of resources. Develop, support and manage complex, reports.
• • Ability to provide consultancy understanding customer as-is architecture and problem statement and defining how best to utilise SolarWinds & its features.
