About the role
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor, Associate, or Senior Associate with at least 2 years PQE to join our Adelaide office. We welcome applications from experienced lawyers with insolvency experience, or those with strong general commercial litigation experience who are looking to build a career in this area.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate must meet the following core values and skills:
- 2+ years PQE within commercial litigation;
- Technical expertise in commercial dispute resolution matters;
- Insolvency or debt recovery experience;
- Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong client focus;
- Work well and cohesively in a team environment with a strong sense of team culture.
