About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor, Associate, or Senior Associate with at least 2 years PQE to join our Adelaide office. We welcome applications from experienced lawyers with insolvency experience, or those with strong general commercial litigation experience who are looking to build a career in this area.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must meet the following core values and skills:

• 2+ years PQE within commercial litigation;
• Technical expertise in commercial dispute resolution matters;
• Insolvency or debt recovery experience; 
• Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong client focus;
• Work well and cohesively in a team environment with a strong sense of team culture.
