Liaising closely with Plaintiff solicitors, Courts, medical experts, and other key stakeholders - the role involves strong relationship building skills, and a high level of influencing and negotiation. You will have the opportunity to showcase your experience in understanding and interpreting complex legislation, engage in formal litigation, and utilise alternative Dispute Resolution methods regularly as a Solicitor for the TAC. You will also exhibit your ability to apply analytical and strategic approaches to complex matters.

You will work in a supportive and flexible environment, with a focus on building capability and autonomy. You will champion new ways of working, and look out for continuous improvement opportunities that provide team and organisational value.
