We are currently seeking a skilled Junior to Assist our Supplies Team and join our friendly and professional workplace at our Head Office in West Ryde. This position is close to the train station and is highly suitable for a local resident. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers have seamless access to essential supplies. This job is perfect for recent high school leavers who are looking for a full time job.

Day-to-Day 

You will be:

• Managing supplies phone calls, directing inquiries, and engaging in daily customer interactions
• Answering emails in a timely manner
• Administration support for the company and Database management
• Assisting Account Managers with processing customer orders where required.
• Ordering stock and supplies 
• Sending Quotes & Quote follow-ups
• Email & phone communications with external suppliers & customers for delivery confirmation.

Qualifications & experience

• Experience Preferred but not Required - Training will be provided. 
• Have excellent phone manners and communication skills
• Be able to use Microsoft Office with confidence 
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining expected productivity and accuracy levels
• Organization and planning skills
• Good time management
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers.
