Qualifications & experience
- Ideally, you will have, but not necessarily a strict criteria, two years or more experience in Family law and Criminal law.
- Managing clients and expectations
- Research and some Court advocacy in the Magistrates Court or higher.
- Your attention to detail in assessing issues and client focus
Tasks & responsibilities
- Report directly to the principal but otherwise work autonomously. For complex cases, to work with colleagues of the firm and with the principal
- To provide efficient and quality legal services to our clients
- Be able to manage your files and assist colleagues of the firm when required
- To have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic with a level of wisdom and maturity to assess issues and to remain client-focused
- You will have the ability to organise and manage caseload whilst achieving quality work
