The firm is seeking a full-time solicitor or experienced Law Clerk to join their Sydney CBD office. The role involves managing and providing support to a partner in Workers Compensation and Work Injury Damages matters. Key responsibilities include preparation of Workers Compensation cases in the Personal Injury Commission, as well as involvement in Work Injury Damages matters. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for supervision, mentoring, and professional growth tailored to their experience level.The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of post-admission experience (for solicitors) or relevant experience (for Law Clerks) in Workers Compensation matters.
- Experience in Work Injury Damages matters (plaintiff or defendant).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
