- Manage a portfolio of clients recovering from physical & psychological injuries
- Be a point of contact for your clients & co-ordinate relevant treatment plans & ensure records are up to date
- Be proactive in liaising with all parties involved including allied health practitioners, legal professionals, clients and employers
- Focus on best practice management & successful RTW rates
To Be Successful, you will have:
- A high value for customer and client servicing with a caring and empathetic approach
- Previous corporate experience & client service experience essential
- Have a professional manner with a high level of written communication
- The ability to multitask across multiple systems
- Workers Compensation case management experience not needed
- Entry level of Workers Comp position
