Jameson Law is currently looking for a senior immigration lawyer who has a track record of providing unparalleled client service and results. Work week may be split across our offices in Sydney (Barangaroo) and Western Sydney (Parramatta).
We are looking for candidates who are very experienced in their field, ready to take full carriage of their matters and manage their cases with support from an experienced and efficient team of paralegals and clerks.
You'll need to have:
- At least 5 years experience post-admission.
- Have exceptional time management skills
- Comfortable with new technology and systems
- A solid understanding of maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Drafting court documents/applications, contracts, settlement documentation and correspondence
- Negotiation and Client management
- A proven track record in delivering exceptional results in your field
- a current NSW practising certificate
- A current driver licence, as travel will be involved
+ Immigration Law
- Substantial experience independently advising on and applying for TSS 482, ENS, 188/888/132, Partner visas, Skilled migration, and appearing at AAT reviews and litigations
- RMA desired

You must be able to conduct your own thorough research and come to satisfactory conclusions/solutions on your own accord. You must also have exceptional communication skills and charisma that inspire trust and confidence in clients and colleagues.
