Legal Services Division operates in a dynamic policing environment assisting the WA Police Force in managing legal risk on a range of highly complex civil and criminal issues with increasing complexity dependant on solicitor level and experience. For more detail of the positions please see the attached Position Description Form. The SC5 Senior Solicitor position comes under the direct supervision of the Director of Legal Services whilst SC4 Solicitors come under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Legal Services.
This is a multi-level pool recruitment process (Ref 01014). This pool will run for a period of twelve (12) months and may be used to fill ongoing fixed term contracts, secondments, acting/relieving and permanent opportunities (full and part time).
There is currently one opportunity available for a Senior Solicitor commencing on 1 July 2024 of 12 months duration with further opportunities (both temporary and permanent) expected at both the SC4 Solicitor and SC5 Senior Solicitor roles over the next 12 months.
