Who you are:
4 + Years of ServiceNow Experience. HR and GRC experience highly regarded
An Advanced developer with HTML, CSS, Angular, HTTP, REST and SOAP communication protocols, SSL, SAML 2.0.
Experience developing client specific value propositions and roadmaps
Experience in Pre-Sales, or client facing commercial roles.
Great communication skills with the ability to build strong client rapport at all levels.
A passion for technology, and the ability to translate that passion into business impacts for our clients.
Knowledgeable in data and access management (shared data models, access control, performance)
Implementation experience in at least 3 ServiceNow product lines.
Enjoy working in a project team that involves implementation, development and support (Agile approach)
Looking for an opportunity to use your analytical and problem-solving skills across base Platform, ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), ITOM (Orchestration and automation activities, Discovery), ITBM, GRC, HR and more
Soft Skills – Documentation: Advanced document writing skills (solution design, detailed design, BPMN, ER Diagrams, Flowcharts)
Soft Skills – Leadership: Ability to lead multiple teams, SD / DD review, frequent knowledge sharing
Soft Skills – Advisory: Ability to review, lead and drive technical solutions across multiple domains within ServiceNow
