• Initial 6-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension options
• No Award applies for this role: Rates from $120.00 per hour are offered (inclusive of superannuation and casual loading) - dependent on skills and experience.
• 8 hours per day - 40 hours per week
• Australian Citizens required - Ability to obtain Security Clearance
• Locations: Adelaide SA, Canberra ACT, Sydney NSW, Brisbane QLD, Melbourne VIC

About the Role:

A Federal Government Agency requires a Solution Architectto assist in development and delivery of their Case Management System Uplift. The successful candidate will support quality assurance activities across the broad range of technology that is in development across the Agency. This includes assurance over solution designs and their alignment to architecture principles, guidelines, and standards.

Technologies: Bespoke systems and Power Platform, Technology One, SAP

Responsibilities include:

• Active engagement with the business to understand user requirements, issues and pain points
• Working in conjunction with a dedicated Business Analyst, ICT and Business Systems teams.
• Maintain internal and external relationships - conducting one-on-one or group requirements gathering and related implementations/developments.
• Improve business efficiency and minimise business risk by leading the development of solutions that meet requirements.
• Produce structured and ad-hoc reports, memos policies, procedures and analysis on solutions both for customer consumption and on vendor performance.
• Maintain currency of knowledge to support the Agency's ICT environment including interfaces with other Agencies
• Develop, Manage, and report on Budgets for all activities under responsibility.
• Ensure all solutions are delivered to achieve the required business outcomes
• Participate and lead projects that enhance the Agency's ICT and business environment and customer service capabilities/experience.
