Roles and responsibilities:
We seek a highly motivated Data & AnalyticsSolution Architect to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will leverage your expertise in cloud-based data and advanced data techniques to design and implement comprehensive data strategies for our clients across Australia. You'll work hand-in-hand with internal and client-side teams to unlock the true potential of data as a strategic asset, propelling businesses toward data-driven success.
- Lead the design and implementation of Data & Analytics solutions, ensuring they align with client objectives and Capgemini's proven methodologies.
- Champion effective data utilization across client organizations, collaborating with data architects, security teams, and infrastructure teams to define data architecture and select the right technologies.
- Provide technical leadership in advanced data techniques, including data modeling, access, integration, visualization, discovery, data lake design, and implementation.
- Foster a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with internal and client-side teams (data architects, developers, data analysts) to deliver exceptional results.
- Stay at the forefront of Data & Analytics trends on leading cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) to ensure our clients benefit from the latest advancements.
- Support business development by shaping Solution Architectures for proposals and actively participating in client meetings with the sales team.
- A seasoned professional with a minimum of five years of experience architecting Data & Analytics solutions utilizing cloud-based data components (leading public cloud providers or Snowflake).
- Possess an in-depth understanding of big data technologies (ETL, EDW), data warehousing, data management concepts, and Australian industry best practices.
- A proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex data projects, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ideally, hold a recognized industry certification in cloud-based Solution Architecture (from a leading public cloud provider).
- An excellent communicator, collaborator, and presenter, with the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a strong understanding of SAFE principles.
