Responsibilities:
- Drive the offering management and product marketing activities of Core Thermal and Customized Thermal product portfolio across ANZ to maximize growth in revenue/order and margin of Thermal Management product line, by working closely with Head of Thermal Management, Sales Team, pre-sales and other functional teams in ANZ. This includes:
- Understanding of customers and market requirements, collecting critical voice of customer and corresponding product & solution needs
- Managing and coordinating market launches of new products and solution
- Managing Core & Customized Product portfolio to maximise revenue, margin & market share
- Conducting business cases, market penetration & product studies on product growth initiatives and new product/solution development.
- Coordinate with Regional/Global engineering/Centre of Expertise to evaluate Non-Standard Features, new applications and new product development to support the Thermal business requirements in ANZ.
- Technical enablement and education of internal and external stakeholders on Thermal Product/Solution and product positioning into the marketplace.
- Provide Thermal product support and expertise to Sales team, pre-sales team and other functional team.
- Provide reporting to the Statutory Authorities & other relevant reporting.
- End-User, Consultant and Contractor Technical Engagement to influence Thermal Product/Solution specification and Product/Solution adoption.
- Min Vocational (B.Eng)
- Thermal Management products & solutions
- Strong experience in Thermal management - system design and technical/product marketing
