THE OPPORTUNITY
- Solution Architecture and design with a focus on .Net and Microsoft Technologies
- Pre-sales support, and tender response development
- Translate customer requirements into operational strategies
- Integrate solutions using a number of different options and patterns
- Consolidate input from subject matter experts into consistent, compliant, value-add solutions
- Act as lead architect on longer term projects which require architectural input and oversight during delivery
- Review and recommend architectural solutions
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable track record of working in a solutions/enterprise architect role with a focus on .Net and Microsoft Technologies
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React etc)
- Documenting and communication architectures (using diagrams)
- ArcGIS experience is desirable
- Experience with developing detailed level design and patterns for implementation into the client’s environment
- Exposure to application portfolio management and evaluating requests for new software and architecture documentation
- Cloud Architecture experience is highly desirable
- Solid experience within Solution Architecture including roadmaps, support development, apps remediation and portfolio management
- Formal training or referenceable experience of working with industry recognised Architecture Development Methodologies and Frameworks such as TOGAF (Ideally)
- Strong technical leadership skills
