The Solution Delivery Manager (SDM) will have accountability for the delivery of the UniFi ERP and PLM technical solution for the project as well as project budgets, this includes the financial aspects, labour aspects, timelines and engineering milestones.OUR BENEFITS

YOUR ROLEWorking from our Sydney HQ, Sydney Olympic Park, on Wann-gal land, your role purpose will be:
  • Defining the technical activities to be conducted as part of the UniFi program in conjunction with the applicable leads.
  • Developing and management Development Plans to describe the activities being conducted
  • Ensuring consistency of the process, practices and tools, including reporting, ensuring effective co-engineering
  • Optimising technical work by organising technical reviews and co-ordinating team activities
  • Perform analysis of problems and identify associated corrective actions
  • Identification and review of the technical risks and opportunities and the related mitigation plans throughout the bid or project
  • Prepare the DVa and submit it to the Design Authority (DA) approval
  • Approve the key technical reviews and deliverables
  • Organise technical meetings and peer reviews in order to perform the Solution or Solution Element technical assessment and validation.
  • Act as Cost Account Manager for the Solution Development Team
YOUR EXPERIENCETo be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:
  • Qualified engineer, able to meet the requirements of a Chartered Engineers Status.
  • 5 years of engineering experience in coordinating of projects and systems engineering approaches
  • A high level of interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in Configuration Management and Understanding of quality systems and procedures.
  • Familiar with Engineering tools required in the delivery of a design solution
