The Opportunity
A strong client of ours are seeking to identify suitable candidates to perform the role of a Solutions Design Analyst to lead and support operations of the team, including monitoring business performance, setting priorities, and managing resources and workflow. The incumbent will also report on the achievement of business outcomes, key performance indicators and quality assurance to manage overall performance
All candidates applying for this position must be an Australian Citizen and have a current Baseline Security Clearance
Key responsibilities include:
- Create build action plans and make operational decisions on policies, tactics and resources critical to the business
- Prepare and review a range of written material including technical and corporate documentation
- Collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes, build service delivery capability, and influence business outcomes
- Translate think strategically and align operational activity accordingly
- Grasp expectations and concerns, and negotiate quality outcomes
- Develop and manage a range of internal and external stakeholder relationships
